Serving the Comox Valley
Contact Courtenay Tree Removal
Courtenay Tree Removal takes tree-removal calls, texts and quote-form requests for 5 addresses across the Comox Valley: Courtenay, Comox, Cumberland, Royston and Merville. An ISA Certified Arborist reviews every request before a site visit is booked, and no email address is published anywhere on this site.
Text or call (778) 909-5126, or send the form below with a few details about the tree and the address. There's no email address anywhere on this site — every job starts on a line where we can ask the two or three questions that decide what it costs. That conversation is short on purpose: what we need to know before booking a visit is small, and getting it right the first time means the visit itself covers everything rather than raising new questions on site.
What happens next

Send your details — a few words about the tree, the address and what's underneath it, through the form.
- 2
Site visit — we confirm access, species and which permit authority applies before anything is quoted.
- 3
Written quote — one number, with removal, stump and cleanup priced as separate lines.
Where do you work?
Courtenay is home base. We also take jobs in Comox, Cumberland, Royston and Merville — the same four permit authorities on our permits guide. If your address falls outside those five names, call and ask; a lot of Comox Valley boundaries don't match what a map app shows.
What should I have ready when I call?
The rough size of the tree, whether it's near a structure, fence or power line, and whether you already know if it's one of the species with its own permit threshold — Garry oak, Pacific dogwood, western white pine, western yew, trembling aspen, arbutus, Douglas fir or western redcedar. If you're not sure, that's fine too; we can usually tell from a photo.
What about storm damage or a leaning tree?
If a tree is already down, or leaning over a roof, a driveway or a line, say so when you call — we treat those differently from a routine removal quote. We don't post a guaranteed response time because it isn't something we can promise honestly; what we can promise is that you'll talk to someone who can tell you what to do until we get there.
